Wow! Productivity!

I'm not at 100% yet, but I'm spending alot more of my time and energy at work doing work - mostly because right now I have two interesting technical problems to play with, no documentation! And tomorrow, more of same - I get to sit with our installing guys and pick their little brains clean of any and all information about the product they are installing - by my own suggestion! Yay!

Anyone know much about the RedHat Certificate System, btw? I need more than "yeah I've heard of it" - I'm deep in the bowels of it just now. Yes, it's a product that has bowels.
