Dec. 13th, 2005 03:07 pmI wish linking requirements to system test cases was more interesting. Granted it is important, but if we could make this more like a web-game or Sudoku, it would be way more fun...
You know... give me an assortment of requirements assigned to test cases in a seemingly random way, and I will use logic to figure out how to assign the rest of the requirements without violating the initial "rules". :) It could work... and after, say, 10 or 20 requirements the system gets harder and I have more requirements and test cases, less time to solve them and fewer starting conditions.
I tell ya... combine that with a catchy melody in the background and occasional stressful noises when I assign the wrong requirement to the wrong test case, and we have ourselves a winner of a game here.
Oh. One problem. The requirement <-> test case assignment is not exclusive, transitive or associative.
Blah.
