Date: 2005-11-02 11:43 pm (UTC)You failed to mention Goat (declined my opportunity) or Bear.
Check out the Student Fort and Prince restaraunt in Springfield during February - Wild Game Month special menu. The last time I was there, the sampler kebab was Buffalo, Elk, Venison, Bear, and something else.

Date: 2005-11-03 03:18 pm (UTC)Of note, on the Lakshmi Additions:
50 - tripe - Yum! but a little goes a long way before the texture gets old
51 - jellyfish - Yum! But Chow Chau's is a wee bit spicy for me to have too much of it.
52 - chicken feet - working up the courage
53 - goat - rolls eyes in delight, especially stewed! Love both Indian and Carribean goat
54 - buffalo tail - yum! wishing Rhythm -n- Spice on Mass Ave was still around
55 - cracklin's - pork fat in pork lard - (Lakshmi smacks lips in caloric delight)
