tooth gone

Back to first day of work today, after tooth removal Wednesday.

Tooth removal - not as bad as I thought it might be, but no picnic. Anathesia=good. Went home with gauze in mouth, and much novicaine in system, to lounge about new_man's house napping periodically throughout day. Did little else. Vicodin just puts me to sleep, it doesn't allow for pain-free awake time.

Thursday - took off. Glad I did, got caught up on lots of stuff, and got to do some serious healing/sleeping. Felt bad about playing "hookey" until the 2-hour nap hit me in the afternoon. Got all sorts of stuff done, though:
- homework submitted on time
- finished my overdue choreography write ups for dancing ladies
- got ahead on choreography, so won't fall so far behind again
- wrote website for Pennsic class:

- did serious sewing (with machine) on Lady Sprite's choli. Choli assembled, finish work remains.
