Generally good stuff!
Did the Hafla last night and we were well-recieved. IMO, our little wacky experiment of live music, improvisational, structured dance, and lots of practice has paid off nicely. I saw all members of our troupe getting compliments, and was thrilled at some of the lovely quotes I heard when we checked in with each other. Stuff that sticks in my mind:
"I'm never sitting the front row again! I couldn't breathe!"
"They just go and go, they just don't stop."
And, inter-troupe:
Anne to me, before the dancers entered: "You can hear a pin drop, as soon as Rosa started playing, you could hear a pin drop"
Me to Teresa or Karen midway through: "You can STILL hear a pin drop."
Also had many nice compliments on my wacky hair-idea - I got four ENORMOUS mums - each one bigger than two fists together, and wired them onto the tops of two mini-pony-tails on top of my head, adding tassel braids and teased hair. My theory: Bigger head = more charisma. Possibly not 100% true, but it did work in this application, I think.

Go to just www.rachelbrice.com for all about her group - the Indigo - they are just gorgeous. I totally want to live an alternate life as them! I don't want to give up being me... I just want two lives. :) OK, maybe three or four lives...

On the WPI side:
Now I'm struggling through PDAs, context-free grammars and all their various mathmatical qualities. But my nerves at not getting this easily are soothed by getting a perfect grade on last week's homework! Wohoo! This is the first perfect score, and it is really encouraging.
Now, if I could just make this #@$%@#$%ing headache go away, I'd really be enjoying myself.
