- got a whole 8.5 hours of sleep, went to bed early - relatively speaking
- got up in time to practice for 1/2 an hour - oy... Swara Jati - my 12 minute piece is really rough. It's suffered from all the work I put into Alarippu for Pennsic.
- also had time to organize my notes from class - the final is open book & notes, but no computer. Since a significant amount of good material is on the course web pages, I'll be printing and organizing it all tonight/tomorrow, and putting it in a nice binder so it's at my fingertips.
- scale says I'm back at my last lowest weight, approx. - the challenge: keep going. No eating of crap before Pennsic. Size 14 by fall, size 14 by fall... that's my mantra.
- dentist today - blech - but at least my cavity filling problem may be fixed.
- Aparna tonight - yes, it's stupid to go to dance class after a cavity is filled. But I'm not missing this. I've missed her too much. I'm dying to have a class where *I* get to be the student and be challenged by seemingly impossible Indian dancy things.
