Productivity Night

Ahh... the Pennsic prep continues:
- took last of pictures for class handout - there is nothing like having to look at pictures of yourself in static moments of Indian dance to make you improve your posture and realize what you are doing wrong. Teacher corrections are good, too, and more timely, but there's something visceral in seeing it and going "oy! is THAT how that looks?" No, the dance room doesn't have a mirror...
- ironed another 21 yards of fabric (3 saris) - this might be the end of the metal thread saris, and thus, the end of the Really Needs Ironing pile.
- saw Constantine on video with crafty friends - umm... OK... the magic might be lost because I spent a lot of time bent over an iron... but I didn't think the plot was so riveting. Eh. Whatever.
- make appt. with oil company to get oil burner cleaned - long overdue. Cleaning ensues the Friday of Start of Land Grab.
- Picking up 50 CD's tonight before dance (at 7:30).

Need to do more to practice Indian dance to prep for Pennsic. A lot of peices have gotten rusty while I honed in on alarippu and pushpanjali.

Ahh... onward and upward.

You may thwart me... you may be have like you are not a computer program but a whimsical teenager. You may work one time and completely break down the second. You may screw with my data, and give me a wierd format. You may take forever and then give me an inscrutable error message.

But I will have my revenge.

I have thumbs. I'm not a decidable computer program limited to algorithms. I will mess with you, little program, until you plead for mercy with your little electronic page of data... oh yes... fear me. I will have my use cases. Oh yes, my pretty, I will have my use cases.
