Saturday April 25 - my teachers are running a set of workshops. 1 hour Bharata Natyam, 1 hour Kalari Payattu. They cost $8 each, or 2 for $15. This is an awesome deal if you want a taste, and now is a great time to get involved with either one.

Indian Classical Dance and Martial Art
On Sat April 25th
3pm - 4pm –Dance (Bharatanatyam)
4pm - 5pm – Martial Art (Kalari ppayattu)

Fee: $8 for one workshop $15 for both

Bharatanatyam: One of the classical dances from India. A rich dance form with rhythmic foot work, strong and graceful movements and facial expressions.
Kalari payatu: is a martial art from Kerala, India. Used for combats and self-defense, kalari also helps to understand human body and to live a healthy life. It is known for its strong form and beauty.
The workshop is designed to suit all age groups. Individual attention is given to every student. Aparna Sindhoor and Anil Natyaveda are internationally acclaimed artists and have taught in India, US, Canada and Europe.

Sunday, April 26 - Babydolls show at the Church of Boston, Doors at 8PM. This show has a lot of awesome new numbers, and I get a night off, so I'll be hanging out and wanting to see people. :)
Also on Sunday - check out our website - Mina is teaching a Burlesque class in the afternoon. No promises that it's not full - but if not, it's a heck of a good time.
