...has been the story of the past few days. We were behind schedule on our delivery the first few days, so we worked 11 hour days to catch up. Of course, while working the worst of this, I find out that the web course I start this week started, but I never got the "here's the website" email, because the WPI registrar fucked me over.

So... after working from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and having a 2 hour dinner with much work strategy in it, I go to the hotel to spend another 3 hours trying to play homework catchup. I go to bed at 12:00 - stressed out and nearly in tears.

I spend all of today catching us up at work. We worked from 7:00 to an 'early' day of 5:00 with a 45 minute lunch. We are now 2 hours ahead. I don't feel bad taking the glory here. I think one of the reasons we are so ahead of schedule is that I have been riding my other coworker and nearly everyone else we work with to STAY ON TOPIC!! and not get sidetracked and to keep it all in perspective. Today worked well because I hammered through it, and my coworker wasn't much involved. I begin to wonder if I'm the only technical person on this project who hasn't been whacked really hard by the A.D.D. Fairy. Argh.

After another long dinner, I got back to the hotel, and hammered through another 2.5 hours of homework. Load was lightened by putting a phone call to . So wonderful to hear a friendly voice - even if it is a 11:30 at night, tired, friendly voice. Hearing he was hoping to hear from me was a warm spot in the day. Also "splurged" and spent 20 minutes in hotel hot tub, to not feel like computer engineer drone #2511. Renewed, I think I'm in a good place, homework-wise.

Probably of being home for Boredom War is significanly higher. Probably of not killing coworker is lower. Sanity - low, but holding fast.
